RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales on my website are final.

If your product arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, if you receive a defective item, or if you have any other order dissatisfaction with your received order, you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your product and I will do my best to correct the situation with an exchange or replacement of a an item of lesser or equal value. Shipping will be free for items being exchanged or replaced because of product damage or defect.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to correct the situation.

SHIPPING

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. If you need a rushed order with a faster shipping method, please contact me, and I will do my best to rush the order with any additional shipping costs to being passed on to you, the customer.
